	Every other wednesday, all employees participate in an open discussion to express their views for improving the system, organization and culture.

3.	Open Day

	The beer party opening on 3rd friday every month. Everyone is invited to attend this party with no regards to role, position, gender and distinction, where everyone can enjoy the company of their fellow employees within a jovial atmosphere.

4.	Work-out Session

	Work-out session means developing solutions to problems in a large group environment. All of the related teams gather to discuss important problems. Through this work-out session, the teams develop time saving and innovative solutions as well as establishing the defined roles & responsibilities during the execution. Through this work-out session, ilshin will enpower each individual on the basis of trust. These sessions promote employee confidence and demonstrate the power of a group organization by attaining solutions to complex problems in a time-efficient manner.
