After establishing the objective of experience development, each employee will undergo the development for maximizing self-satisfaction & potential.

 

 

 
2. Man to man coaching system (mentor system)
 
After considering each individual¡¯s vision, role, personality and business style, each employee is encouraged to choose a ¡°coach¡± and undergo training through a ¡°man to man coaching system.¡±  Ilshin will take into account each person¡¯s unique attributes and place employees who are suitable for their role throughout the entire organization.
 
 

 

3. The system of continuing education

4. Interview/evaluation system for professional development
